Training Schedule for Runners

Welcome to the Relay ’19 Training.

Our week training course startsĀ  Jan 18, 2020. This year’s focus will be rest and recovery. It should be a relatively easy season. Our underlying theme will continue to be a healthy lifestyle and injury-free running. The goal is always speed. Run farther. Run faster.

Each session is designed to improve a certain aspect of running. You will work in groups of similar abilities and will be given appropriate sets. There will be something for all levels of runners. The program is designed to achieve peak performance for the Relay (May 2 & 3).
